In 1948, Chuck Jones directed the classic Looney Tunes cartoon, "Haredevil Hare," which introduced this world to that intrepid space traveler Marvin the Martian. This hand-painted limited edition animation cel was produced by Warner Bros. Animation Art using the same methods employed in preparing cels for actual production. The background drawings were adapted from an original Marvin the Martian model sheet from Warner Bros. Classic Animation, and special attention was paid in the printing in order to capture the delicate line quality.
This SOLD-OUT piece comes in an edition size of just 750 pieces, and measures 16.5" inches across x 13.5" inches in height (unframed). It is applied to a Fine Art lithographic background. The cel has the official Warner Brothers gold seal (lower corner).
