All studio art comes with a studio seal and is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity which is issued to all original production art and limited edition pieces. The certificate will state the total quantity of pieces created in that edition, with the published date, the medium in which that edition has been produced, the name of the artist, and a statement about the work. Certificates also validate the authenticity of the artist’s signature which is hand-signed on the piece. Some certificates are hand-numbered with the edition number of the piece.

Please note that all artwork prior to 1992 were never issued with certificates, and any artwork prior to 1992 or artwork post 1992 missing a cert, is issued with gallery certificates of authenticity. Comic Mint is an authorised PREMIERE gallery.
