We are pleased to offer PEANUTS fans this unique piece of animation art based on the classic Peanuts special "A Charlie Brown Christmas” which was released in 1965.
Linus takes aim when the others miss. Whether it swaddles the perfect little tree, slings a snowball, worn in the Christmas play as a shepard's costume or perhaps becomes Linus's sport coat when he grows up his blanket never lets him down!
”My Trusty Blanket” is a hand-painted and hand-inked 12 field limited edition two-layered cel, presented on a high quality giclee background print, featuring Charlie Brown, Lucy, Schroeder and Linus.
This cel setup was enhanced with the blanket’s motion lines drawn by Larry. This cel is accompanied by storyboard giclee print depicting the action of the scene. Both are designed and signed by animator/director, Larry Leichliter, from the studio of Bill Melendez Productions.
Each piece is numbered in a small edition size of 50 pieces and bears the studio seal, and is accompanied by a studio certificate of authenticity.
