Comic Mint, your best source for rare, kooky, and classic animation art, is pleased to offer this hand-painted bumper/publicity cel of Hanna-Barbera's classic TV series, "Snooper & Blabber," which originally appeared on "The Quick Draw McGraw Show."
The cel is untrimmed and measures 10.5" by 12.5" inches, with an incredible image of the title card that started each "Snooper and Blabber" episode. The artwork was created at HANNA-BARBERA as part of a marketing/publicity/Consumer Products project. The character and logos are hand painted on the cel. Typically, Publicity Cels are created during production of a series. Slides and transparencies are created from this art and sent to magazines and newspapers in order to gather interest in a series. Photos are also sent to fans who write into the studio requesting a photo.
Cels such as this are EXTREMELY RARE and were NEVER made available in stores, so finding a cel such as this one with the main cast is virtually impossible!
