This cel features Beany, the boy with a propellor cap and his best pal, Cecil the Sea Sick Sea Serpent. This limited edition cel of just 200 pieces (worldwide) is hand inked and hand painted from an original drawing by Bob Clampett.
This vintage piece of animation measures 12.5" x 10.5" inches, and the cel has the official Bob Clampett Studio silver seal in the upper corner, and is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.
