The New Batman Adventures Harley Quinn Animation Drawing (Warner Brothers, 1997).
At the beginning of the episode "Holiday Knights," Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy are seen sharing a hotel room without any seasonal decoration whatsoever, which makes Harley terribly sad, especially since Poison Ivy refuses to partake in the "mad campaign of botanical genocide that grips this country every December." Fortunately, Poison Ivy has a great plan to lighten the mood, capturing Bruce Wayne and making him pay for their shopping spree. Everything works according to plan until Batman appears and uses a Christmas tree to catch the criminal pair.
Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see where this drawing was used to create the finished cel, which appears on screen around the 08:41 mark. We have provided a screenshot of the scene as reference. Harley Quinn is rendered in graphite with blue pencil on 10.5" x 9.5” inch animation paper, numbered A10 in the top right corner and bearing a WB studio seal near the bottom left corner. The drawing displays very light handling and edgewear from production, and is in very good condition.
The artwork is accompanied with the official Warner Brothers certificate of authenticity.

Episode Synopsis:
"Holiday Knights" is the premiere episode of The New Batman Adventures. Despite being originally aired on September 13th, 1997. This episode contains three Christmas themed vignettes, all completely unrelated to one another. The first story stars Batman in pursuit of Gotham's dames, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn; the following tale is about Batgirl's confrontation with Clayface; finally we have the Clown Prince of Crime on the loose with Batman and Robin trying to stop him.
