Cool World Original Production Cel (Paramount, 1992).

Sensational hand-painted three-cel production setup featuring the Cool World cops chasing and shooting at a car, driven by Jack Deeds (Gabriel Byrne) and Holli Would. Slash stands on the shoulders of Mash, and begins urinating at the cops. Produced by animation legend Ralph Bakshi, this feature mixed live-action with animation.

This cel has been meticulously hand painted onto celluloid (acetate), and can been around the 0:31:12 mark of the film, measuring 12.5” x 10.5” inches, the artwork comes with the Paramount certificate of authenticity.

Cool World is a 1992 American live-action/animated feature film directed by Ralph Bakshi, and starred Kim Basinger, Gabriel Byrne, and Brad Pitt. It tells the story of a cartoonist who finds himself in the animated world he created, and is seduced by one of his characters, a comic strip vamp who wants to be real. Cool World marked Bakshi's return to feature films after nine years.
