The Jetsons Opening Titles Publicity Cel

It's one of the most famous opening song sequences in animation history! C'mon, sing it with us: "Meet George Jetson... his boy Elroy... daughter Judy... Jane, his wife!”
This is an outstanding hand-inked and hand-painted studio publicity cel featuring George Jetson about to eject his son, Elroy, from his space car. This memorable image has been re-created from the famous opening titles sequence from the 1961 ABC Prime Time series, THE JETSONS. The cel is registered against a high quality giclee print background, and is also accompanied with the TV Show logo card, which would look great fully matted with the cel, we have supplied an image to use as reference if you get the artwork fully framed. The cel measures 12.5” by 10.5” inches, and the title card measures 2.5” x 1.75” inches. The artwork is issued with a certificate of authenticity.

Created in the 1990's at the HANNA-BARBERA STUDIO in Hollywood, California, as part of their marketing/publicity/consumer products projects. Slides and transparencies are created from the art and sent to magazines and newspapers to gather interest in a series. Photos are also sent to fans who write into the studio requesting a photo.
