Comic Mint is pleased to offer Hanna-Barbera fans this outstanding hand painted limited edition animation cel entitled "The Great Gazoo" (1995), signed by Bill Hanna, Joe Barbera and Harvey Korman.
This cel features Fred and Barney's first encounter with the Great Gazoo!
This limited edition cel was expertly inked by Barbara Krueger. This line art, along with the Hanna-Barbera seal, was transferred onto a sheet of exlar film through a high quality silk-screening process. Each piece was then hand-painted on the reverse side using original Hanna-Barbera colours. The background was recreated by Leonard Robledo, and was then reproduced using a fine art lithography process. The edition number was hand-inked on each cel in an edition size of only 300 pieces worldwide.
In the final step of production, studio founders William Hanna and Joseph Barbera as well as Harvey Korman approved each cel with their signatures. The artwork measures 16.5" x 14" inches, and the artwork has the official Hanna-Barbera Studio Seal and 35th Anniversary Seal. The artwork is in excellent condition, and is accompanied with a letter of authenticity.
