Comic Mint is pleased to offer FLINTSTONES fans this hand painted limited edition animation cel entitled "Family Portrait" (1998), signed by Bill Hanna & Joe Barbera.

In this limited edition cel, the whole Flintstones family of Fred, Wilma, Pebbles, Barney, Betty, Bamm-Bamm and Dino gather together to be immortalised in a prehistoric group portrait!
This limited edition cel began with an original concept drawing by Bob Singer, from which a master inking was made by Laurie Dindis. This line art, along with the Hanna-Barbera seal, was transferred onto a sheet of exalt film through a high quality silk-screening process.

Each cel was then expertly hand-painted on the reverse side, using original Hanna-Barbera colors. Bob Singer’s background layout drawing was rendered by Leonard Robledo, and was then reproduced using a fine art lithography process. The edition number was hand-inked on each cel in an edition of only 250 pieces. Each piece has been hand-signed by studio founders William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. The artwork measures 16.5" by 13.5" inches and is issued with a certificate of authenticity which was signed by Joe Barbera at a special exhibition signing at the Costa Mesa WB Gallery in Costa Mesa in 1998.
