"Circus of the Stars" (1992) is a large Hand Painted Cel, with the circus as the theme for this sensational character display of all your Hanna Barbera favorites. The rich color and complicated images make this one of the best showpieces ever released by the studio. 1960s classic characters like the Flintstones and Huckleberry Hound make this elaborate cel a nostalgic favorite.
The artwork is comprised of a single hand inked and hand painted cel placed against a photographic background. This SOLD-OUT edition was limited to only 400 pieces worldwide, and was sold-out within a week of it's release in 1992, and remains a GRAIL piece for most animation art collectors.
This rich scene is one of the most complicated cels ever produced by the studio and includes all the major Hanna-Barbera characters. The artwork measures a whopping 39" x 22" inches, and comes fully matted and shrink-wrapped, ready to pop straight into a frame! The cel is issued with a certificate of authenticity.
