Comic Mint is pleased to offer Pinocchio fans this RARE and sold-out piece of Disney history.

The Disney Portrait Series "Pinocchio" is number 67 of a limited edition of 350 hand-painted character set-ups from Walt Disney’s animated classic Pinocchio (1940). The image of Pinocchio is from sequence 4.4, scene 6. The approximate diameter of the cel is 8 inches. The cel was recreated from the animator’s original artwork and other references from the film by the artists of the Walt Disney Studios Ink and Paint department. The background recreates the unique presentation style used in the early 1940s Disney celluloids.

Each cel was hand-inked over an original animation drawing and then hand-painted by the artists of the Walt Disney Studios Ink and Paint department. The cel bears the Disney Studios gold seal in the lower right corner, and is hand-numbered # 67/350. The cel is accompanied with the Disney Studio Certificate of Authenticity.
